Our assistant, Tammy Clark, is an invaluable member of the team as she supports us in providing the best possible service for our clients. She has the uncanny ability to create order amidst the whirlwind of details and information involved in guiding our clients through buying and selling their home. In fact, she would say she enjoys the variety each day brings and thrives in the dynamic, ever-changing world of real estate.
Beyond being organized and knowledgeable, Tammy is flexible, open-minded and an impressive multitasker. She is sensitive to the unique needs of each person or situation and has the capacity to thoughtfully adjust her approach to find solutions that fit best.
When not at work, Tammy enjoys cooking, spending time with her four children and the many volunteer programs she participates in. Helping others is a very important part of her outside activities.
Meet Liz, our Transaction Coordinator
Liz’s role on our team is to act as a liaison between agents, escrow & mortgage brokers. With over 20 combined years in the mortgage, escrow & real estate business, she has been trained in every aspect of your home buying & selling process. Working with our customized system, monitoring documents & timelines she will assist in seamlessly guiding you through every step of the process. Liz’s knowledge & organization is key for keeping everyone on track & reaching the goal to buying or selling your home.
In her spare time, Liz enjoys spending time with her husband & 2 golden retrievers, Lucy & Sammy. In addition to visiting family in Walla Walla, traveling 1-2 times a year is always a goal. When traveling isn’t an option, a stay-cation at home is a relaxing alternative.

Certifications and Special Skills
Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS)
Our dedication to being the best in the business inspired both Cathy/Vickie and me to earn our Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS), an elite certification held by only 3% of all realtors nationwide. It requires extensive educational and professional requirements be met to be awarded this designation. It is the equivalent of a Master’s Degree in Real Estate.
One of the benefits of this certification is it gives us privileges outside our local area and allows us to serve your friends and family across the country too. We’re proud to hold this certification as it signals our clients and other Realtors our commitment to excellence is amongst the best of the best.
Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES)
Carrying this certification makes us especially qualified to address the real estate needs of seniors. We recognize that a home often is the largest and most precious asset that baby boomers possess. When considering a lifestyle change or downsizing, seniors especially need a trusted advisor to provide honest care that puts their need first. We bring a unique approach to each transaction and interaction with all our clients. This designation goes even further to not only offer a deep knowledge of real estate and the local and economic issues shaping market trends, but also to be educated on issues of concern when making important financial decisions about selling your home that could affect your ability to enjoy retirement as you dreamed.
VA Military Real Estate Specialist (VAMRES)
This certification prepares us with specific training in helping veterans and active duty military personnel buy and sell homes. The needs of those serving our nation are much different than typical households – frequent moves, moving across country far from friends and family, the strains of deployment and difficult schedules and access to VA financing. Finding housing near our local military bases may also be important for your family. This designation equips us to both understand the technicalities of the VA loan with ease, and have our fingers on the pulse of the housing market near JBLM.
